This summer the museum will be exhibiting a selection of trends from the sixties and seventies (such as Minimalism and the Dutch Nul movement), plus work by contemporary artists.
‘Minimal Myth’ is an exhibition that attempts to show the possible similarities in working methods adopted by these artists. The works are exhibited next to each other and this highlights the differences and initiates a confrontation between past and present.
With icons such as Carl Andre, Mel Bochner, Jan Schoonhoven and Ad Dekkers.
Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen
Museum Boijmans van Beuningen offers a journey through the world of art, from the early Middle Ages to the 21st century. From Bosch, Rembrandt, Warhol and Van Gogh to Dali and Dutch Design, the museum exhibits world-class works of art.
