Waterbus

Waterbus is the daily fast ferry with a stop in Rotterdam next to the Erasmusbridge and Spido. Waterbus sails between Rotterdam and Dordrecht, and the Drecht-cities (Sliedrecht, Zwijndrecht, Papendrecht).

With Waterbus you can easily get to the famous windmills of Kinderdijk. From Rotterdam Erasmusbrug, exit at the second stop Ridderkerk de Schans. There you can transfer on the Driehoeksveer ferry to Kinderdijk. Please note the steward of your destination.

With the Waterbus Day Travel Card you can use a special discount Kinderdijk package. Waterbus + Driehoeksveer ferry + entrance Kinderdijk (including Visitors windmill and pumping station).

Via stop Alblasserdam Kade (third stop from Rotterdam) you can also get to Kinderdijk using a special cycling path.

The public transport chipcard is valid on board (not the RET card in the Rotterdam Welcom Card). Bicycles are free on the Waterbus. Tickets available on board (pay with cash).
