Watertaxi

The classic HNY water taxis shuttle back and forth between Hotel New York and the Leuvehaven and the Veerhaven. No reservation required; no need to wait more than ten minutes. Each water taxi can accommodate one to eight people. Times: Mon-Sun 9:00 am - midnight. Prices: a one-way trip starts from € 2.90 for an adult (depending on the number of people and whether the water taxi departs from Veerhaven or Leuvehaven).

High-speed Maas Taxis sail between various boarding points in the city and the greater Rotterdam area. You can order a Maas Taxi via +31 (0)10 - 403 03 03. Each Maas Taxi can accommodate one to six people. Times: Mon-Thu 7:00 am - midnight / Fri 7:00 am - 1:00 am / Sat 9:00 am - 1:00 am / Sun 9:00 am - midnight. Prices: a one-way trip starts from € 6.70 for an adult (depending on the number of people and the length of the trip).

Aqualiner

Aqualiner is a quick ferry in Rotterdam, with stops at Erasmusbrug/Spido, Katendrecht, St. Jobshaven en Heijplaat-RDM. At stop Rotterdam Erasmusbrug you can switch to the Waterbus towards Kinderdijk, Dordrecht and Sliedrecht.

For a day trip in the area around Rotterdam, you might want to check out the Waterbus. This fast ferry sails between Rotterdam (Willemskade) and the Drecht Cities (Dordrecht, Sliedrecht, Papendrecht and Gorinchem). Passengers can bring along a bicycle free of charge.Times: Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 8:00 pm / Sat 8:00 am - 8:00 pm / Sun 11:00 am - 7:30 pm (times vary depending on the line). Price: depends on the length of the trip.
