The Kroket Loket is located in the food Mecca of the Netherlands, the Markthal. The first croquette shop in the Netherlands is run by Jasper van der Zwan and his wife. By producing this traditional and artisanal dish using recipes of their own they have brought the croquette back into the spotlight! Enjoy a classic beef croquette or one of the many surprising variations like the shrimp, spicy chicken or cheese croquette. There is also a combination of 6 small croquettes for those who can’t choose. All the croquettes are handmade by Jasper’s brother Floris-Jan van der Zwan.
