From Thursday 8 till Sunday 11 September 2016 the many facets of Prokofjevs music will be highlighted. A strong and versatile composers portrait arises by performing film music, symphonies, ballet music, a children’s play and a marathon of the five piano concertos. Chamber music and side programming offers the context for the symphonic concerts. With three different Symphonic orchestras and various topsoloists, the festival will definitely going to match last year’s success, when 12000 visitors give many sold out concertos.
