Bistro Bar Hartig serves a variety of small dishes from which diners can compose their own menus. The dishes are inspired by Mediterranean flavours; try, for example, the rack of Pyrenees lamb or the roasted pepper with quinoa, feta and mint. The dishes can also be served in smaller portions as cocktail snacks.
You can feel the Mediterranean influence in the interior of Bistro Bar Hartig as well: warm with lots of wood. There’s table seating for 50, plus 6 seats at the bar. In summer the patio can seat another 36.
On Mondays the restaurant is also available for meetings of up to 50; groups may be accommodated on other days by special request.
Look for Hartig in the Witte de Withkwartier, just five minutes’ walk from the metro stations Eendrachtsplein or Beurs. There’s lots of parking nearby, including the Westblaak parking garage.
