The name Pillars refers to the four decorative pillars that can be found in the lobby, as well as to the four core values of the hotel and restaurant: to welcome, to gather, to collaborate and to chill. The menu changes with the time of day. From a coffee café in the morning to a lively bar in the evening, with an extensive choice of bites, sharing platters and more in between.
