Nothing is as spectacular as a ride in a fast Water Taxi. With around 50 moorings, it is also an easy way to get from A to B.
The moorings are located in Rotterdam and Schiedam, and the sailing area is divided into three rate zones: East, West and Center. Fixed fares per person are charged in and between these zones.
The eight- and twelve-person water taxis are available on call. You can make a reservation via the app, website or by telephone.
A water taxi tour is also possible. The skippers are happy to show you the city and its historic and modern ports. You can determine the duration and/or route for your own group. Prices start from 50 euros per boat for 15 minutes of sailing.
The ferry services maintained by the Watertaxi are:
- In zone West this is the route RDM/Heijplaat – Marconistraat /M4H
- In the Center Charloisse Hoofd – Katendrechtse Hoofd zone
- In the East Plantagelaan – Piekstraat zone
