Founded in 1993 as the very first streetwear shop in Rotterdam, X21 is at the basis of Rotterdam’s street style. The sweats, jackets and jeans of popular brands are always neatly arranged in color in the small X21 and often there is something different than the other stores: from the coolest streetwear t-shirts, to stylish Scandinavian shirts and everything in between .
