Sajoer is the first juice bar in Rotterdam. You can get fresh fruit and vegetable juices here, on the Botersloot in the Laurenskwartier, from 8 a.m. 7 days a week. These are prepared with the slow juicer, bursting with vitamins, minerals and enzymes (much more than with a blender or juicer). There is a very healthy juice for every mood: how about an Anti Flu juice, the Slanky Janky or a wheatgrass shot?
In addition to juices, Sajoer also sells soup, salads and breakfast. For those who dare, Sajoer even serves bone broth, the latest food hype in New York.
