After his start at Restaurant De Engel of Herman den Blijker and the famous achievement of achieving a Michelin star there within 4 years, Patron Cuisinier Patrick ‘t Hart grew within the then De Engel Group to set up Restaurant Zeezout. He later continued with this restaurant as ‘Patron’. He understands the art of handling ingredients in a very careful and honest way and cooking with his own style in order to pamper his clientele for a fair price.
