Tres is a restaurant with 16 seats at the Kop van Zuid-Entrepot in Rotterdam. They present a playful menu with 18 courses. Starting with snacks, then with savory dishes from the sea and the land, ending with the sweet portion of desserts and mignardises. Evenings can take just 3 to 4 hours.
The best producers and growers are invited to participate in this celebration of Dutch products. It shows what can be grown, harvested, fished and fed in this small but rich country.
