THE FESTIVAL
In total, more than 50 artists will be on display in the Rotterdamse Kuip, the brand new event site of the festival that will take place on 25 and 26 June 2022.
Saturday’s headliner is the wildly popular WizKid, who recently sold out the O2 Arena in London three nights in a row. Since Wiz’s featuring on Drake’s One Dance, which reached 2.2 billion plays and is one of the most streamed tracks on Spotify, artists like Justin Bieber, Tyga and Wale have been lining up to collaborate with him. The Nigerian superstar has not only conquered the world with his afrobeats, but also opened doors for many others within the – increasingly popular – genre.
British rapper Stefflon Don, who grew up in the Netherlands, had her big break in 2017 with Hurtin’ Me, after which she got the chance to collaborate with the likes of French Montana and Big Sean, rappers who both gave away shows on previous editions of OH MY! Festival.
“I’m super excited to be back at OH MY! Festival to be on stage, this edition is special because it takes place in Rotterdam. The city where I grew up, where my sound developed and where I met so many talented people. I can’t wait to feel the ‘Rotterdam energy’ again”, says Stefflon Don.
