The dishes of chef Mark van Wijngen are tasty, balanced and farm fresh. You will also find the chef’s signature dishes on the menu. You can order several of these small dishes. Specials on the menu are the dry-aged Hereford beef and a variety of fish.
Huson also has a 5 course, a 7 course and a Bib Gourmand menu. Huson is also open for lunch from Monday to Friday between 12:00 and 14:30.
