The Rumah is a bar owned by Daryl Lieuw-On and Edward Nijhoff. Both bartenders have been in the business for years and have worked in many beautiful places in Rotterdam. When Daryl Lieuw-On won The Entree Magazine’s Best Bartender Award in late 2017, they decided they wanted their own bar. They then found a nice pub on the Oude Binnenweg where they could open their bar. Although they come from the cocktail world, they also love an old fashioned pub.
