If you have a personal OV transport card (you need a Dutch bank account), you can get a bike subscription to rent bicycles at train stations in the Netherlands for only 3.85 euros per 24 hours. (After 3 days, a surcharge will apply.)
With a bike (OV-fiets) subscription, you can rent up to 2 bicycles at Rotterdam Central and Blaak train stations. You can rent bikes at eight train and metro stations in Rotterdam: Central Station, Blaak, Wilhelminaplein, Lombardijen, Slinge, Marconiplein, Kralingse Zoom and Alexandrium.
