360 Degrees exists 10 years and they would like to celebrate with you!
On Friday, March 17, 2023, 360 Degrees invites Danilo Plessow (formerly known as Motor City Drum Ensemble) and NTS breakfast show resident Zakia to BIRD!
Danilo Plessow was born in 1985 in the south of Germany, but moved to Stuttgart, Germany’s Motor City, at a young age. Danilo started making music from the age of eleven with his own computer and samples. Danilo Plessow mixes house, disco, 90’s Chicago and Detroit house into a raw, deep and extremely danceable whole. He has played at clubs and festivals all over the world, such as Horst in Belgium, the Montreux Jazz Festival and Coachella.
Born in West London, Zakia started working at the Honest Jon’s Records record store in West London after studying English Literature, where she got to know all forms of music. She had her own show on NTS, Questing w/ Zakia and now hosts the Breakfast Show twice a week on NTS. This year she turned from the Press Halls of Printworks, to the beaches of Dekmantel Selectors and Dimensions festival.
