For this edition on Friday April 14, we have a DJ who will celebrate with you on the other side of the DJ booth and take you on a musical journey that transcends time, place and self: Rush Hour-family Hunee. 360 Degrees is an evening based on house, but where regular trips to obscure afrobeat, disco, boogie and electronics are also made.
Hunee grew up in Bochum, a former industrial city in West Germany. His fearless approach to playing music of all ages and from all corners of the world is fueled by a boundless musical curiosity. His DJ sets have also taken him all over the world. And whether he’s playing all night in an intimate basement or shutting down a major festival mainstage, his sets retain a sense of quality and emotionality that make each one a colorful experience.
Hunee recently moved (again!) to Amsterdam, a city that has been central to his musical journey over the past decade, as a member of the Rush Hour family and the many friendships he has formed with the local music community (Dekmantel, Red Light Radio and others).
