Najib Amhali was born into a Moroccan family that settled next to a linoleum factory in Krommenie in the early 1970s. A life in the middle class was obvious, but after high school he clearly wanted something different: audience, stage and spotlights! He graduated from drama school in Utrecht and was ready to conquer the world. But the world was not ready for him yet. He discovered Comedytrain and started making short cabaret performances. After that, things went fast. The Netherlands was introduced to a versatile natural talent. Sold-out halls followed.
