The culinary focus of OX is inspired by the Malaysian Chinese cuisine. Aromatic and fragrant, influenced by flavors from surrounding regions. Let Alexander Wong surprise you with his take on Chinese tradition. His menu is developed and refined over the course of eight years. The dishes OX serves are meant to be shared and range from hand made dim sums and steamed oysters to twists on classics like Babi Pangang and the three way egg.
