The newly opened Fermin can be found in the north of Rotterdam. Fermin only prepares food with fresh local produce that is in season. The name Fermin refers to the frequent use of fermentation in the kitchen, which is used to develop new and individual flavours. The menu is always changing and there is a choice of 4-course, 5-course or 6-course dinners.
