Fitzgerald is a contemporary culinary and wine destination where Rotterdammers and (inter)national guests meet. A restaurant, with a beautiful private dining, spacious bar, and private courtyard. It is located on the modern Gelderseplein in the historic Oude Haven.
The international interior combines modern design with vintage classics. Fitzgerald has a regularly changing, compact menu with both à la carte dishes and set menus.
Writer Ernest van der Kwast suggested the name for our restaurant. Because he thinks we can give Rotterdam a touch of romance with Restaurant Fitzgerald.
The kitchen is led by Michael Verhagen, has been awarded a Michelin star and cooks on a classic basis, but with a modern, international twist.
If you also want to spend the night: the CitizenM hotel is located above Fitzgerald.
The restaurant is accessible by metro and various tram lines (Blaak station). Cars can park (in the evening) in one of the 15 private parking spaces.
