Bistro in Rotterdam
Gare du Nord is a bistro in North Rotterdam. Sustainable, organic and vegan food are central here. All dishes are prepared with vegetable and organic products. Many are seasonal or from local places. For example, there is a large vegetable garden in front of the train carriage that is maintained together with local residents. The food in the restaurant is then prepared with these products. The restaurant is located in a unique location, partly in an old train carriage. This makes the experience even more fun.
