Although Café Keerweer opens at 4pm, for many it is the place to have one more nightcap in the middle of the night. Or two. The later it gets, the harder the lights above the bar swing back and forth.
Once a year, Keerweer organizes the Keerweer Parade during Rotterdam Pride: an extravagant show on an outdoor runway, drags and performances by artists such as Trijntje Oosterhuis, Ruth Jacott and Gordon.
