Oliva’s kitchen staff only works with original Italian ingredients. The menu is connected to the different seasons and only the best fresh produces are used, just like in Italy. They deliberately keep a simple menu because of the ever changing menu s and specialties. Oliva clearly has respect for nature and her pure flavours. The stylish restaurant changes into a cafe after dinner, and plays Neapolitan music from the 1920’s and 1930’s.
