Fred Mustert has been part of the premier league of Dutch gastronomy for years. He built his foundation as a cook at restaurant Zwethheul in Schipluiden. He then gained fame as patron-cuisinier of restaurant La Villette, where he acquired a Michelin star.

His restaurant at De Boompjes is a fantastic challenge. Every day, the chef uses his senses to shape his passion. The restaurant, the employees and of course the food radiate that the restaurant has two Michelin stars, so it is beautifully decorated. This restaurant would not be out of place in a city like New York.
