Restaurant Rotonde is a progressive restaurant and wine bar. They prepare local vegetables – from the land and from the sea – grains, pulses, fruits, mushrooms and much more. Restaurant Rotonde respects ingredients by preparing them as pure as possible. That doesn’t make it any less adventurous; they hope to overwhelm you with special combinations, vegetables that you may have never heard of and a glass of natural wine that makes you think.
