When they opened the first SLA branch in 2013, founders Jop, Nina and Ida wanted people to taste, experience and share how mindful eating positively influences your life. SLA is their way of creating an environment with heart, head and hands that inspires and encourages healthy habits.
At the SLA branch in Rotterdam, you can eat as much as you like without worrying. Every bite contributes to your health and that of the earth’s. You will discover that every season has its own flavours because the menu changes every three months. The vegetables & fruit come from Dutch soil where possible and all ingredients are 100% organic.
