The Blue Amigo Waterbus is the largest fast ferry service in the Rotterdam and Dordrecht region.
Line 20 departs from the Rotterdam Erasmusbrug stop (north side) to Dordrecht (Merwekade) and stops at Krimpen aan den IJssel, Ridderkerk, Alblasserdam, Hendrik Ido Ambacht and Papendrecht.
Line 21 is a new route that sails directly from the Rotterdam Erasmusbrug stop to Kinderdijk all year round in 30 minutes. (Note: does not sail until 15 June 2022)
From Dordrecht, there are connecting lines to, for example, Zwijndrecht and the Hollandse Biesbosch. Blue Amigo has a summer and winter schedule.
You can take your bicycle on board for free. To pay, you can use your public transport (OV) chip card or a purchased ticket such as a Waterbus E-ticket or Tourist Day Ticket. Please note: check-in and check-out take place on the quay. You can buy a single ticket from the steward on board with a debit or credit card.
