No, there is no Rotterdam City Card for families or groups. However, upon registration, you can add up to 4 additional members of your travel party.
How can I add other members of my travel party?
Each member can register individually or add up to 4 members using your e-mail address during registration. Click on the ‘+’ sign and add the names of your travel party. Log in on citycardshop.rotterdam.info and add the number of vouchers you would like to have.
Do all travel companions need a Rotterdam City Card for discounts?
Yes, the Rotterdam City Card is strictly personal. However, upon registration, you can add up to 4 additional members of your travel party.

The sights that are included are Comedy Club Haug, Diergaarde Blijdorp (Rotterdam Zoo), Euromast, Royal Spido, the ss Rotterdam, Stadshaven Brouwerij, Trompenburg Gardens & Arboretum, and RET (public transport).

What do I need to do to use a voucher?
Each voucher operates differently. Some need to be used in the ticketing environment of the acceptor, while others need to be scanned on-site. You can find this information in the CityCardShop.
Can I receive a hard copy of the Rotterdam City Card?
We only offer a digital version of the Rotterdam City Card. Upon signing up, you will receive your digital Rotterdam City Card directly in your e-mail.
Why am I being asked to create a MyCityCard?
In MyCityCard, you can find everything related to the Rotterdam City Card. Your pass(es), any purchased vouchers, your personal information, and the link to the CityCardShop. Without MyCityCard, you cannot access these features.
I cannot download the digital Rotterdam City Card.
You can download the Rotterdam City Card once you are logged in via your mobile phone. Add the Rotterdam City Card to your Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Wallet Passes (Android) This option is not available on a desktop computer.
I cannot find the digital Rotterdam City Card anymore.
It is stored in your Apple Wallet (iPhone). On an Android phone, you may need to download a separate app (PassWallet) for this purpose, which is usually offered at the time of downloading the Rotterdam City Card.

At the moment only physical copies are available at Rotterdam Tourist Information at Centraal Station and Hoek van Holland. At RET, only digital copies are available. You can also buy a digital copy in CityCardShop.
Can I travel to Amsterdam with my Rotterdam City Card?
No, that's not possible. You can buy train tickets to Schiphol Airport at the train stations in Rotterdam or online at www.ns.nl.
Is the discount offered for tickets sold in the CityCardShop combinable with other discounts or promotions?
No, the discount offered for tickets purchased in the CityCardShop cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Do you offer a lowest price guarantee?
No, we don't offer a lowest price guarantee. Instead, we provide discounts for attractions, museums etc. ensuring fair prices for both visitors and providers. Know that a portion of the proceeds goes towards supporting the city.
I don't have a mobile phone/internet, can I still use the Rotterdam City Card?
If you don't have a phone, unfortunately, you won't be able to use the Rotterdam City Card.

We recommend mobile usage for optimal convenience. Relying solely on Wi-Fi might make it a bit more challenging or less convenient.
I don't have a credit card, how can I make payment?
You can pay with a credit card and iDeal. Currently, these are the only available choices.
I am from abroad and don't have a credit card, how can I make payment?
Without a credit card, you can still download the Rotterdam City Card, but you won't be able to make purchases. However, you can still take advantage of discount vouchers that are available.
Can I use the digital discount vouchers to purchase a ticket immediately?

Do I need to print out the digital discount vouchers?
